Premier Cottages vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue.
The booking must be made within that time, but the holiday may fall beyond the expiry date.
The Voucher may be redeemed at any UK cottage* promoted in the current brochure or on the website, as part or full payment. (* excludes Ireland)
If the value of the stay is less than the voucher value, there will be no refund.
If the value of the stay is more than the voucher value, the voucher holder will be responsible for paying the difference.
The value of the voucher is in the unique 16-digit code. This may be redeemed once, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-refundable.
When booking simply inform the property owner you will be paying by voucher, and give them the 16-digit unique code.
The value will then be deducted from the price of your holiday. Lost voucher codes can be retrieved by emailing vouchers@premiercottages.co.uk and identifying the purchaser and date of purchase.
